There are vacuum valves between charging chamber and melting chamber as well as between melting chamber and casting room ,so the charging and ingot taking out process can be done without destroying melting chamber vacuum ,so that to realize continuous operation.
For the melting chamber stays in vacuum all the time, the service life of crucible is increased and the melting time is decreased.
The furnace is made for melting iron-based alloys, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, other precision alloys, supper-alloy, magnetic material as well as precision casting.
