Vacuum directional solidification(single crystal) furnace

The DS furnace is a multi-purpose vacuum melting and casting furnace mainly used to do experiment or produce isomeric crystal,directional solidification,single crystal structure,Liquid metal cooling of  many kind of materials.It is widely used in the solidification research of high temp alloy,precision alloy,special alloy and the industry of aerospace.

Mostly it is semi-continuous structure,so that to do charge,temp measurement work under vacuum.The melting speed is fast so the burning loss for the micro element of the master alloy could be greatly reduced.The tilting pour is proportion follow up method.The DS heat preservation furnace adopted two phase heating method. And the heating method are induction-type and resistance-type so that the temperature control accuracy is high.The pull down device is precise servo drive and the control system is PC+PLC+Human-computer interface.
