The vacuum induction chemical vapor deposition furnace using medium frequency induction heats the graphite crucible which placed in the induction coil under vacuum or protective atmosphere, and can also be heated by resistance, and the prepared carbon-carbon composite material is placed in the graphite crucible. The crucible is heated to a prescribed temperature at a certain temperature, then inlet diluted hydrocarbon gas. The carbon-containing active gene in the gas is decomposed and deposited on the surface of the material. The composite material thus prepared will greatly increase the wear resistance. This equipment is suitable for the preparation of composite materials by chemical vapor deposition, or as sintering of cemented carbide products.
