Vacuum Rapid Quenching Furnace is utilized to melt neodymium iron boron (alloy) in vacuum, using mid-frequency induction heating technology, and perform casting by pouring it onto a fast rotating cooling roller in order to form amorphous material to meet the arts and crafts requirement.
Ribbon Furnace can be utilized either in vacuum or non-vacuum to perform the melting of iron-based alloy, nickel-based alloy , etc. In non-vacuum, to reach the arts and crafts requirement,amorphous thin ribbon material can be formed by pouring alloys onto a fast rotating cooling roller.
