Vacuum induction melting furnace (VIM) is used to perform the melting process in vacuum, utilizing mid-frequency induction heating technology.
Mainly melting and casting nickel-based alloy, special steel, precision alloy, neodymium iron boron, dysprosium metal, activated metal, super alloy, hydrogen storage materials, and magnetic material in vacuum or under protective atmosphere,mainly for scientific research institutes and manufacturing departments. The furnaces divided into two types: vertical and horizontal.
Either thyristor frequency converter or frequency changer set can be chosen as mid-frequency power supply, which will be determined by the clients.
